1. Offset and protective varnish
First of all, the front and back of the coins are printed in rotation offset in 4 colors, a unique QR code with number is printed with inkjet. A protective varnish is then applied and dried immediately so that the code does not break during scratching. A high-speed camera keeps a close eye on everything. Finally, the whole is cut into sheets for further processing.

2. Screen printing
The coins are now provided with the silver scratch layer with a high layer thickness by means of screen printing. The sheets are then dried in the extra long drying line with special UV and hot air techniques, but also cooled down again. The coins are now ready to be punched out.

3. Punching
The round shape is punched out rotating with great precision and speed. This phase has also been set up as efficiently as possible. The edition is punched in splits, exactly on the content of the packaging. The boxes can be filled quickly with specially made-to-measure collecting units.

4. Packing, shipping
Finally, the coins are placed in display boxes and placed in shipping boxes. The beautiful boxes are also a means of communication for retailers because they are located at the checkout and are used as a distribution box.
